1. General Provisions and Definitions

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. During registration you must provide your correct name, address, date of birth and contact details.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If any unauthorised access occurs, you must notify our support team immediately. wmcw will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

All activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own. Allowing anyone else to use your account or transferring it to another person is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on wmcw is ৳500. We currently accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Please follow the provided instructions to ensure your deposit is correctly credited to your account.

If you have a complaint about any transaction, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. No claims will be accepted after that period.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though verification procedures may occasionally cause this to take a little longer.

Your account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit unless otherwise approved.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

wmcw offers various bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 and your total balance will be ৳11,000.

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount 20 times (20x). That means if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in wagers before it becomes withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirements, which will be stated in the bonus offer.
• wmcw reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

• Using two or more accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening other members or engaging in fraudulent behaviour.
• Attempting to hack the system or gain unauthorised access.

If such activities are detected, wmcw reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance and take legal action where necessary.

Regular members can join the wmcw VIP Program to enjoy additional benefits. The VIP Program has three levels:

• Bronze Level: Weekly cashback up to 0.3% and priority support.

• Gold Level: Weekly cashback up to 1.0% and a dedicated account manager.

Members may advance from one level to the next based on their active betting activity. VIP benefits are for personal use only and are non-transferable. wmcw reserves the right to change the VIP Program terms at any time.

• Loss caused by problems with your device or software.

15. Changes to Terms and Validity
